While on the Sanders Court (hereafter referred to as “the court”), I will obey and adhere to all rules and regulations posted by the facility and listed below:

1. I will conduct myself in a manner that does not detract from the experience of others, and I will not engage in activities that endanger other players, visitors, and staff of the court, disrupt the business of the court, or damage the reputation of the court.
2. Sanders Court owners and management retain sole discretion to determine whether in accordance with the above could result in expulsion from the premises and termination of remaining bookings without refund or any credits.
3. If I am found to damage any property or equipment intentionally or unintentionally (as determined at the discretion of Sanders Court management), I will be responsible for all associated repair costs and lost revenue.
4. I will not wear outdoor shoes on the basketball floor and will immediately change into clean basketball shoes after entering the court.
5. I will put away all equipment borrowed back to its proper location.

Sanders Court is not liable or responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property on the premises.

Photographs and/or video may be taken by the court's owner(s), management , or employees for the purpose of building and promoting the Sanders Court experience and environment and may be published on the court’s Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, website, newsletter, or on the court’s community board.

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that all activities and/or programs performed at Sanders Court shall be at my own risk and hereby release and discharge the court, its owner(s), officers, directors, agents, and employees from any liability, claims, demands, injury, damage, action, or cause of action whatsoever, which may result from the use of services or equipment of the court on the premises where the same or any and all acts of the court are rendered.
